oh, the pixie cut

I have a love/hate relationship with my hair. I'm never satisfied with it. When it's long I want it short, when it's short I want it long. When it's dark I want it light... you get the idea. When I cut my hair short just after our wedding I was really bummed that I'd done it, but now that it's long again I came across these pixie cuts and all I want to do is chop it off again. I know it's just hair and it'll grow back, but I just can't decide. Oh, what should I do?!?
